What Is TBREIA?
TBREIA is West Florida’s largest paid investor networking group, and all Out Fast agents receive membership for free.
The group convenes every month on the third Thursday at the Godfrey Hotel, providing a welcoming space for investors, agents, and industry professionals to gather and learn. After the formal meeting, attendees continue building relationships over drinks and casual networking next door at WTR, fostering a friendly and collaborative environment.
Each meeting features a dedicated sponsor and a guest speaker who delivers valuable, practical insights into various aspects of real estate investing—whether it’s financing strategies, market trends, or creative deal structures. This combination of education and connection attracts a diverse group of driven professionals who are eager to share knowledge, explore partnerships, and grow their businesses together.
