Out Fast Realty charges a $97/month membership fee. This fee helps us deliver the type of support you need to succeed in real estate whether you’re a brand new agent or a top producer. Your monthly membership fee provides you with the following:
Email Address: Agents receive their @outfastrealty.com email, hosted through Google and including all of the Google Workspace tools (storage, documents, spreadsheets, meetings, & more)
Webpage: Every agent receives their own personal webpage with the industry’s leading searching tool and home valuation tool built right in!
E&O Insurance: Errors and omission insurance is provided to you no matter how many deals you close, or for how much.
Unlimited Support: We pride ourselves on being available to our agents whenever they need help. Whether it’s our broker, our team leader, other agents, or our CEO someone is ALWAYS available to help
Complete Transaction Management: Create contracts, obtain signatures, and manage your transactions with ease.
Fully Customized CRM Account: Our robust CRM platform provides you with lead and contact management, marketing assistance, automated texting and email action plans. Get organized and streamline your business!
Marketing Templates: Out Fast provides you with templates to use for your social media including Just Sold and Listed templates, business cards, yard signs, market updates, and much more.
Office Hours: Unlimited office hours are included in your monthly fee.
Out Fast Realty features two commission structures for retail transactions, that are based on whether agents have obtained the “lead” on their own or participated in our in-house leads.
Self-Generated Leads: Transactions that you facilitated on your own are a 85/15 split, with the agent retaining 85% and Out Fast Realty receiving 15%.
In-House Leads: Retail transactions that were the result of Out Fast Realty’s “in-house leads program” are split 50/50, with agents retaining 50% of the commission and Out Fast Realty receiving 50%. Information on our “in-house leads” program will be made available during your onboarding process.
Capping: All agent commissions (not including team models and wholesale deals) are capped at $15,000, meaning that once your commissions have passed that mark, you are no longer required to pay any percent of your commission to Out Fast Realty, outside of a $250 fee per transaction.
Mentoring: All new and newer agents are partnered with an experience Mentor at Out Fast Realty. Mentees and Mentors split the profits of the transaction. Depending on the Mentees experience so far in the business the Mentor’s and Mentee’s split may vary but suggested to be a 50/50 split with no experience.
Out Fast Realty & Investments provides top producers a plan that allows them to keep more money on each transaction! By paying a slightly higher Membership fee we allow our Top Producers to make 100% of their commission!
Out Fast Realty prides itself on helping agents learn the investment side of real estate. Wholesale deals require a $500 fee or 10% of the assignment fee (whichever is LESS) paid to Out Fast Realty. We simply want to make sure you stay compliant and have disclosed your role in the transaction.
We provide you the resources you need to help promote yourself, learn investments (including access to private lending via our in-house company Out Fast Funding) and more in order to make sure you have the best chance at success.
